A lot has happened since July of last year.

We have purchased a 4-color 4 station screen printing press, and all of the related equipment that a fully able shop would require and started in earnest.
After an influx of shirt jobs that were a surprise and a great trial by fire, we're just about ready to print the run of GT pads that we had been planning.

This run will include:

250 sets of GT Pads with Black Nylon, Red "GT BMX" text and Yellow wings
250 sets of GT Pads with Black Nylon, Yellow "GT BMX" text and Yellow wings
500 sets of GT Pads with Blue Nylon, Red "GT BMX" text and Yellow wings

We also have plans for More National Pro sets, Patterson sets and custom orders for tracks around the country.

The nylon has been die cut, the foam for stem pads will be done in the next 2 weeks, and the printing will begin at that time.
No word on a final date, but that's where we are now.

As some of you know, BMX Products N.W. has been dedicated to providing products that are higher in quality than originals in most cases. Many of the original pad sets has offset printing, poor quality seams and uneven printing. This is something that we have been struggling with since 2004 when we started making these. So, with the ultimate quality control in mind, we are bringing the printing aspect, in house. This will allow us to continue to provide the highest level of quality and something that we're proud to have on our customer's bikes.

This will also allow us the advantage to produce smaller, custom runs for bike tracks across the country for use on their tracks as a promotional item or for retro racing.
Thanks for sticking with us as we finalize the procurement of equipment and distributors that are local to us now, here in the Portland Oregon area.

We're working to get many things happening sooner, rather than later for you. Including Patterson sticker sets. We should have the PR-200 and on sets for you and perhaps earlier sets if we can work it out.

We are out of all but the white in GT pads. More are printed in blue and will be going to the seamstress next week, but for now, we're out of other colors. Our apologies.
